Our friendly front desk are here to help you with a variety of things from scheduling appointments to checking-in to communicating with your doctor or NP. They are here to greet you as you come in and help with any follow-up as you check out.
MEDICAL HOME CARE COORDINATOR
Roslindale Pediatrics strives to partner with our patients and community to provide high-quality, compassionate and comprehensive health care for pediatric patients and their families. We work hard to create an organization that you consider your Medical Home. As part of this effort, we have a Medical Home Care Coordinator, Jen Paxton, RN, BSN, who is available to our patients and providers to ensure that your child's health related needs are met. MEDICAL ASSISTANTS
The medical assistants escort patients to their clinic room, take vitals, and for their visit with their provider. They are great at making it easy and fun for your child. They also help with labs, paperwork, and phone calls.
