Jennifer Warren, Billing Manager
I have been a part of the Roslindale Pediatrics family since 1992, when I started as a file clerk after school. Over the years, I have worked my way through the ranks, gaining experience in all areas of office administration and billing. Today, I serve as both the Operations Manager and Billing Manager. Throughout my years at Roslindale Pediatrics, one thing has always remained constant: my commitment to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the families we serve. It is truly rewarding to build relationships with families and be there for them during both their happiest moments and their most challenging times. Born and raised in Roslindale, I am proud to continue serving the community I have always called home. Outside of work, I enjoy cheering on the Boston Red Sox and all of Boston’s sports teams, attending concerts, and spending quality time with family and friends. It has been a pleasure to be part of the Roslindale Pediatrics community for so many years, and I look forward to continuing to care for and support our patients and their families.

I believe that exceptional healthcare starts with a dedicated team, open communication, and a shared commitment to improving lives in our community. When I’m not at the practice, I enjoy spending time with my family, being near the water, and supporting local organizations that make a difference.
