Robert Stacks, MD
Dr. Stacks received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and his M.D. from the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his post-graduate pediatric training at Tufts New England Medical Center (Floating Hospital) and was a staff pediatrician for two years at Jacksonville Naval Hospital in Florida while serving in the U.S. Naval Reserve. Dr. Stacks returned to Boston, joined Roslindale Pediatrics in 1971 and has been with the practice ever since. He was chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for thirteen years and has been Chief of Pediatrics at Faulkner Hospital since 1994. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Stacks has been named Community Pediatrician of the Year by Children’s Hospital and has been recognized as one of Boston’s Best Pediatricians. In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling and being with his family and grandchildren.
Dr. Stacks has retired from clinical practice and is no longer seeing patients. He does remain administratively involved with office.
